Pre Construction Advice: If you are planning on completing a construction project on a historic building, our experts can give advice on the correct construction methods to adopt in line with best conservation practice. 

Surveying Services: 

Historic Building Surveys: A historic building survey will give you a full understanding of your buildings condition and any issues it may have. We will outline and categorise potential elements of work that should be carried out, ranging from urgent repairs to long term considerations. Cost planning can be added to any report as required which will allow you to budget and plan for the future. 

Specialist Surveys: We offer a wide range of specialist surveys for buildings of all types. Specialist surveys can include anything from a roof survey to an intrusive investigation of an element of the building fabric. We also offer drone surveys on certain buildings using CAA accrediated drone pilots who deliver accurate and safe surveys with state of the art drone technology. 

Specialist Inspections: If you have an issue with your building that requires investigation but perhaps does not warrant a full survey, we can undertake a specialist inspection. A specialist inspection typically involves investigating the cause of a defect so that the issue can be resolved such as investigating the cause of a damp issue in a building.
